PZL-Świdnik Delivers First PC-12 Airframe and Wings set to Pilatus

PZL-Świdnik, an AgustaWestland company, is pleased to announce the delivery of the first PC-12 airframe and wing set to Pilatus on time and on budget. The contract, signed on March 29th 2010 provides for a 10 years production co-operation, with the potential for further extension and development.

PZL-Świdnik’s offer was chosen as Pilatus supplier following an in-depth and detailed assessment of its capabilities compared to other potential suppliers. The company aims at assembling 50 fuselages per year with full production capacity expected to be achieved in 2014. At this time approximately 120 PZL-Swidnik employees will be working at the assembly of PC-12 aircraft fuselages and wings.
