AGUSTAWESTLAND - AW109, AW119
In March 1996, PZL-Świdnik started to co-operate with Italian AGUSTA in production program of AW109 and AW119 Helicopter Fuselages and Tail Booms in their different versions and configurations.
AGUSTAWESTLAND - AW139
The agreement signed in May 1998 covers the activities performed in both Development and Production Phases.
The Development Phase included design as well as manufacturing prototypes of the AW139 Cabin Primary Structure.
Complete set of jigs and tooling was designed and fabricated by PZL-Świdnik and its subsidiary SWIDNIK TOOL MAKING FACTORY.
EADS SOGERMA - ATR-72
The contract was signed in 1991 for manufacturing ATR-72 Center Wing Box Skeleton.
PZL-Świdnik produce detail parts of the assembly. These are sheet metal parts and machined parts including mechanically milled ribs and 9.5 meter long spars.
All assembly jigs and inspection gauges were designed and fabricated in Świdnik.
At present, PZL is the only source of the ATR-72 Center Wing Box.
This status was achieved in effect of the highest level of product quality.
EUROCOPTER - A320/A330/340/380
The co-operation of PZL-Świdnik with German EUROCOPTER DEUTSCHLAND GmbH was launched in 1997. The contract covers production of the following components for A320 family, A330/340 and A380 passenger airlines:
- passenger, emergency and cargo door mechanisms
- cargo door structure (see figure)
- other door components
- composite Belly Fairings
LATECOERE - AIRBUS A319/320/321
Since 1996 PZL-Świdnik manufacture Passenger Door Locking Mechanisms for Airbus family A319/320/321.
GKN AEROSPACE - BOMBARDIER CHALLENGER 300
Industrial co-operation between PZL-Świdnik and GKN Aerospace, UK started in 2003 after the signature of contract for manufacturing components of Honeywell AS907 (currently HTF7000) Nacelles for Bombardier Challenger 300 aircrafts.
PZL-Świdnik is the sole supplier of the HTF7000 Nacelles 4 main assemblies:
- Inner Fan Duct
- Inlet
- Fan Cowl Doors
- Acoustic Panels
